That is NOT the way to fix this problem! Windows 7 IT Pro. Did a trial PowerDVD and it fixed all. You have an incompatible graphic driver!! I would like to let you know that I called Dell and they did some tests.

Did a trial PowerDVD and it fixed all. Sign in to vote. The newest video driver available from Dell for your notebook model is herebut because you have a nVidia card, you should be able to use these Windows 7 drivers direct from nVidia, as well.
I would like to let you know that I called Dell and they did some tests. Dell says the drivers should catch up pretty soon and just hold the drive until they catch up! What’s your nex t favori t e movie?

I had the same problem. I have not tried yet. Not an IT pro? Office Office Exchange Server.
Take it there and let them deal with your problem. I recommend that you keep checking with Dell and nVidia for updated drivers.
